Duties and Responsibilities

• Strategically source and accredite vendor(s) for the delivery of goods and services required for company operations.
• Process requisitions, review quotations, issue purchase orders, coordinate closely with vendors and resolve commercial issues and concerns.
• Perform bidding and awarding processes for projects or services in accordance with SCM Procure-to-Pay Process (P2P) and other Aboitiz Power standard processes, policies, and guidelines.
• Provide Quote Analysis Reports (QAR)/Bid Analysis and recommend awarding to the winning vendor.
• Secure and evaluate justification for single tender transactions in accordance with P2P guidelines.
• Coordinate price renegotiations with vendors to generate savings for the company.
