Procurement Management

• Develop and execute procurement plans for raw materials, auxiliary items, and components to ensure timely availability.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers; handle supplier evaluation and price negotiations.
• Analyze market trends and material pricing to build flexible procurement strategies.
