This is why you want to join the Procurement Representative role on our Purchase‑to‑Pay (P2P) team in Spain.

This is a temporary position covering a leave of absence. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our procurement process runs efficiently, accurately, and in line with company policies. From requisition to purchase order and follow‑up, you will be involved in the full operational flow.

Responsibilities

• Convert approved requisitions into accurate purchase orders.
• Verify key data such as vendor, pricing, cost centre, and project codes.
• Create purchase orders for routine or low‑value purchases (up to €5K).
• Monitor open purchase orders and follow up on goods receipts.
