Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & Data Preparation

1) Prepare, maintain, and update reports on:

• New SKU sales performance
• Inventory ageing by category and department
• Out-of-stock (OOS) rates
• Supplier on-time delivery performance
• Product seasonality trends

2) Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all data and reporting dashboards.

3) Support data validation and basic analysis to ensure reliable reporting outputs.

Purchase Order & Inventory Support

1) Assist in the review of:

• New SKU purchase orders
• Campaign and promotional purchase orders
• Inventory levels in preparation for promotional activities

2) Verify proposed order quantities against established guidelines and goods-needed limits.

3) Highlight data discrepancies or potential risks for further review.
