The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for a Procurement Operations Supervisor who will have the overall responsibility of following up on Direct Material orders from the ordering date until they reach the factory, develop dashboard to show Procurement function contract status, spend analysis and PO reports. In addition to that he/she will be responsible for developing any process that needs development.
Responsibilities
Leading the process in the critical cases.
Map process and work on process improvements by identifying the gaps in the process and work on them.
Follow up on imported shipments and ensure required documents are being sent t0 logistics team.
Responsible for any kind of communications from the logistics to the foreign suppliers, or from the suppliers to the logistics
Responsible for negotiating with the suppliers to refund any kind of the demurrage fees
