Job Overview

Procurement Operations Support Specialists to support a boutique luxury interior design firm based in the United States. This role provides structured procurement and vendor coordination support while working closely with an onshore Senior Procurement Manager. The position is process-driven and execution-focused. Team members will communicate directly with vendors to request and follow up on quotes, organize procurement documentation, and maintain accurate records in the client’s procurement and task-tracking systems. This role does not involve client communication, approvals, substitutions, or spending decisions. All work is performed according to defined SOPs, with exceptions escalated to the onshore procurement lead.
