Procurement Officer

An exciting opportunity has become available to work within Resources in the Procurement Team.


About you


You will have:

  • Corporate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.

  • Considerable experience in a public procurement role. Experience of managing public procurement projects.

  • Good knowledge Council policies, procedures and regulations relating to procurement, contracts, finance, corporate procurement strategy.

  • Knowledge and experience of Public Contract Regulation 2015, Procurement Act 23 is essential and knowledge and experience of Provider Selection Regime is desirable.

  • Effective teamwork and communication skills.
