Tuas, Singapore (on-site) Job Overview: The Procurement Manager will lead sourcing and purchasing for the new Singapore site — from construction through commissioning to ongoing operations; manage procurement of plant equipment, lab instruments, raw materials, hardware and local indirect spend, working closely with project teams in Singapore and China to ensure timely delivery, cost control and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end procurement for the Singapore greenfield site: tendering, vendor selection, negotiation, contracting and purchase order management for CAPEX and OPEX items. Prepare and manage tender and contract documents in accordance with project requirements and local building & construction regulations.
