Overview

The Procurement Manager will oversee and coordinate all procurement activities for major projects in the Greater Toronto Area, ensuring compliance with project procurement policies and requirements, project timelines, and budget constraints. This role has delegated authority to approve procurement and select suppliers and subcontractors. It also leads a procurement team, sets sourcing and contracting strategies, and ensures all goods and services are acquired in compliance with client policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
