Job Description & Key Responsibilities Procurement SOP Setup & System Optimization
  • Develop and establish detailed procurement SOPs from scratch.
  • Map workflows for requisitions, vendor onboarding, and PO approvals.
  • Integrate SOPs with Synergix ERP to ensure clean audit trails.
Operational Procurement & Sourcing Execution
  • Execute end-to-end procurement for construction, data centre and semiconductor M&E projects.
  • Source and secure busducts, switchgear, cabling, structural and relevant metals.
  • Review purchase requisitions against technical specs to find cost-competitive alternatives.
