Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with 8+ years of experience to manage the organization's procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, strong supplier relationships, and compliance with procurement policies. The role requires strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and strong stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle (requisition to payment).
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies.
  • Lead vendor selection, RFQs, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Ensure cost savings and value creation.
  • Monitor supplier performance and SLAs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and budgets.
  • Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Legal teams.
  • Manage procurement KPIs and reporting.
