Procurement Manager – North Bay, Ontario

Procurement Manager will manage the procurement, repair, and overhaul of parts and services for Part Sales, Line Maintenance, and Heavy Maintenance. Lead a team of over 20 staff of Procurement Project Specialists and Lead Hands, ensuring cost‑effective, timely, and compliant purchasing and repair operations.

Your responsibilities

• Oversee AOG requisitions to meet service levels.
• Approve purchases and repair orders up to company delegated limits.
• Provide guidance to Procurement Specialists and Lead Hands.
• Monitor Repair & Overhaul for engines, APUs, and landing gear.
• Participate in weekly Heavy Maintenance procurement meetings.
• Lead procurement components of fleet upgrades, inventory projects, and Line Maintenance support.
• Conduct vendor negotiations and performance reviews.
