Role
Work closely with various G&A other service procuring teams to understand their procurement needs Develop structure around procurement decisions, ensure mechanisms to provide for transparency in the function like Supplier short list criterions, suppliers short lists, decision matrix for procurement decisions Identify suppliers for specific procurement, negotiate and present the cases of best suppliers to the end users and authorized approvers Consolidate various ad-hoc procurements into a few comprehensive arrangements – one stop supplier arrangements Reduce advance payment requirements through sustained supplier relationships Facilitate suppliers to adhere to Morningstar process and systems on procurement and payments Build mechanisms to ensure all anti-corruption laws are followed by all stakeholders – internal and external, in letter and spirit The positi...
