Role Purpose
The Procurement Manager will lead the global indirect procurement strategy, with a strong focus on land, ocean, and air transportation services. This role is critical to driving cost savings, supplier consolidation, risk management, and operational efficiency across a multinational.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the indirect procurement strategy for land, ocean, and air transportation services at a regional and global level.
Lead strategic sourcing, negotiations, and tenders, including daily spot quotes and transportation bids.
Drive cost-saving initiatives through models such as EOQ, volume consolidation, and supplier optimization, targeting annual savings of at least 30%.
