Key Responsibilities

Third-Party Provider Management

  • Select, evaluate, and manage third-party providers

  • Implement and oversee vendor risk management and accreditation processes

  • Ensure compliance with information security, legal, and regulatory standards

Procurement Process Management

  • Oversee the full procurement lifecycle from request to contract execution

  • Develop and enforce procurement policies and procedures

  • Maintain procurement system integrity (NOAH ERP or similar platforms)

  • Manage asset inventory and ensure accurate tracking
