Full‑time role located in Bedford, primarily on‑site with occasional remote work. This position is offered at up to £55,000 DOE, with an excellent benefits package and early Friday finish.

Overview

We are seeking a hands‑on, commercially driven Procurement Manager to shape procurement strategy, strengthen supplier performance, and ensure cost‑secure delivery across complex engineering projects while leading and developing a small, capable team.

Responsibilities

• Drive procurement strategy across high‑value engineered projects.
• Build long‑term supplier partnerships and negotiate robust agreements.
• Work closely with engineering and project teams from early design through to delivery.
• Manage sourcing for critical, bespoke and long‑lead components.
