PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Experience with SAP Ariba and DocuSign would be highly advantageous.

Provide contract management support to the Company in the varied, dynamic and fast paced areas of IT services.

. Draft, review and preparation of various types of contracts and agreements, including IT contracts on system / software / hardware acquisition, maintenance contracts, non disclosure agreements, addendums,etc., including finalisation, formatting and triggering contract signing via Docusign.

. Review of schedules and requirement specifications for IT contracts, including service level agreements and functional / technical requirements. . Providing general advice on contract validity and contractrenewal documentation.

. Drafting and preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and working with IT project managers on RFP and/or proposal clarifications.
