Procurement Manager - Fine Dining Restaurant Sandton

Our client is an upmarket high-end Fine dining restaurant with a number of additional food and beverage outlets who seek to employ a candidate with outstanding stock management and control experience. Key attributes: Tertiary qualification Must have a solid Food & Beverage background in large volume fine-dining restaurants or hotels, must have managed procurement and stock hold of at least 2 million rand at any one time. Must have excellent ties to the food and beverage industry, be good at negotiating and managing the ordering process. Must currently be holding a Procurement Management role within a hotel or a restaurant. Must have a proven track record with regard to stock control, stock count and stock variances. Strong leader, comfortable managing large multi cultural teams. Must have worked in a hospitality environment for a minimum of 5 years. Fluency in English. STABLE TRACK RECORD. Only open to South African Citizens.
