Key Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier follow-ups
  • Conduct price comparison and cost analysis to support procurement decisions
  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and compliance
  • Coordinate logistics arrangements including shipment scheduling and tracking
  • Ensure accurate documentation for import/export and customs clearance
  • Analyze inventory levels and support stock planning activities
  • Prepare procurement and logistics reports using Excel and internal systems
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain operations
  • Liaise with warehouse, finance, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements
