Procurement Lead

We are seeking a hands-on Procurement Lead to build, professionalize, and continuously improve our central procurement function during a critical phase of growth and transformation. This role combines strong commercial ownership with process design and operational execution and requires someone who is comfortable taking initiative in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. You will be responsible for shaping how procurement operates across the organization — from sourcing and negotiations to tooling, governance, and adoption. The role goes beyond high-level strategy and requires direct involvement in complex negotiations, vendor selection, and the implementation and improvement of procurement processes that scale with the business.
