Procurement Lead

Job Purpose

Lead the procurement team in the delivery of the organizational sustainability goals while ensuring robust procurement processes and fiscal discipline across Embassy REIT tech parks.

Key responsibilities:

• Procurement Strategy
• Manage procurement portfolio across 13 IT Parks (50 Mn SFT). • Lead procurement strategy for IFM, utilities, consumables, AMC, and manpower services across India. • Drive digital procurement transformation and sustainability initiatives in alignment with ESG targets. • Key Achievements: o Established standardized procurement governance across sites. o Achieved cost efficiencies and timely release of annual POs before fiscal close. o Supported ESG and sustainability goals through supplier compliance and audits.
