Procurement & Inventory Officer

Role Purpose

Own the flow of materials, supplies, fuel, tools, and equipment across all projects — from ordering with hardware stores and trade partners, to receiving and storing, to tracking exactly who uses what, when, and how much. The goal is a clean, online record of consumption so the company knows the true cost of materials and labor per project and can price future work correctly.

What You Will Do

• Order materials and supplies from hardware stores and trade partners based on approved requests from the project managers, architects, and foreman — canvassing prices and recommending the best value.
• Coordinate with Finance to place and pay for orders online, following the company's fixed purchasing and payment schedule.
• Receive every delivery: check quantity and quality against the order and delivery receipt, log it into the online inventory, and flag any shortage or damage.
