Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Source and purchase event and production materials, equipment, and services;
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements, and services;
- Request, compare, and negotiate supplier quotations;
- Process purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules;
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases;
- Ensure quality, cost, and compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 1 year of procurement or purchasing experience
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
