Overview

The Inventory & Operations Support ensures smooth day-to-day store operations by managing inventory accuracy, coordinating logistics, and assisting in basic store maintenance. This role plays a key part in monitoring stock levels, analyzing product aging, and ensuring the store remains well-stocked, operationally efficient, and in optimal condition for customers and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management
    • Monitor stock levels daily and ensure timely replenishment of products and supplies.
    • Conduct regular inventory counts (daily, weekly, monthly) to maintain accuracy.
    • Record all deliveries, transfers, wastage, and returns in accordance with company procedures.
    • Track product shelf life and conduct stock aging analysis to minimize spoilage or obsolescence.
