Procurement Intern

At TK Elevator UAE, you will be supporting the Procurement Department in their below activities:

• Procurement from TKE factories
• Local and Overseas Procurement
• Third Party Parts Procurement
• Sub-contractors Management
• Logistics – by Air and Sea, Customs Clearance
• Vendor Qualification and Evaluation
• e-Auctions

Reports to the Procurement Manager and support the Procurement team.

• Sending RFQs to the Suppliers and Sub-contractors
• Follow up with suppliers for Quotes, especially with Sub-contractors
• Follow up on delivery of orders, especially the urgent ones
• Track and update the open orders list with the delivery status
• Follow up with other Departments to close the delivered orders
• Verify the Statement of Accounts received from suppliers before processing their payments
