Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Production
Support product development and ensure OTIF and OFR are achieved.
Ensure growth of PH in terms of quantity/value sourced from vendors.
Finalize costs and ensure delivery on corporate GP targets.
Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues.
Maintain order stock balance for OFR fulfilment.
Ensure adherence to timelines and critical path.
Quality Control
Monitor and support the Quality team with solutions and resolutions.
Facilitate coordination between QC and Production/Merchandising teams at PH.
Escalate quality issues to QC HO wherever required.
Ensure vendor compliance with QC standards.
Arbitrate issues related to penalties, rejections, and discounts.
Vendor Management
Formulate vendor strategy aligned with company’s future goals.
Identify and appoint new vendors to strengthen the vendor base.
Develop a vendor mix including design-based vendors and cost-advantage vendors.
