What role will you play in our team

The procurement intern provides a variety of specialized and non‑specialized transactional support services, ensuring consistency and quality of work steps completed. Activities performed will depend on the team assignment; therefore, some responsibilities may not be applicable to all roles.

Key responsibilities include

  • Assist in drafting bidding documents, evaluation reports, and contract award submissions, ensuring consistency in format and content
  • Assist in the preparation of Purchase Orders, Contracts, LTAs, or their Amendments
  • Client relationships / stakeholder management
  • National Content data review and analysis
  • Data management and analysis
  • Document control support
