Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily procurement tasks: checking, receiving, recording, and preparing payment instructions.
  • Conduct monthly stock takes and oversee stock issuance, ordering, and wastage updates.
  • Verify procurement records, supplier invoices, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Prepare Purchase Orders (PO), purchase summaries, and weekly/monthly procurement reports.
  • Liaise with suppliers on orders, delivery issues, product quality, and price negotiations.
  • Conduct market price surveys, source suppliers, and prepare quotation comparisons.
  • Maintain updated supplier and product listings.
  • Support maintenance-related purchases and ensure proper tagging and tracking of assets.
  • Keep maintenance records, servicing histories, and reports up to date.
