Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily procurement tasks: checking, receiving, recording, and preparing payment instructions.
- Conduct monthly stock takes and oversee stock issuance, ordering, and wastage updates.
- Verify procurement records, supplier invoices, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO), purchase summaries, and weekly/monthly procurement reports.
- Liaise with suppliers on orders, delivery issues, product quality, and price negotiations.
- Conduct market price surveys, source suppliers, and prepare quotation comparisons.
- Maintain updated supplier and product listings.
- Support maintenance-related purchases and ensure proper tagging and tracking of assets.
- Keep maintenance records, servicing histories, and reports up to date.
