We need a Procurement Executive to manage buying of tiles and other construction materials, coordinate showroom visits, and handle vendor onboarding and follow-ups.

We need a Procurement Executive to manage buying of tiles and other construction materials, coordinate showroom visits, and handle vendor onboarding and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Get quotes from vendors/showrooms and finalize best price + quality.
- Negotiate rates, delivery timelines, and return/replacement terms.
- Coordinate tile showroom visits and confirm selections (SKU, size, quantity).
- Create PO/requirements sheet and track delivery status.
- Onboard new vendors and maintain vendor details (price list, GST, contacts).
- Handle issues like delay, damage, wrong material, returns.
