Procurement Executive

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue purchase orders based on purchase requisitions and ensure timely follow-up with vendors for expected delivery dates (ETD).
• Source and negotiate for the most competitive price considering quality, price, payment terms, deliveries and services with vendors.
• Track and monitor the ETD of purchase orders to meet target ETD requirements.
• Handle order discrepancies, returns, and resolve any issues related to product quality or delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in the system, including stock items, supplier pricing, and supplier details.
• Ensure that all procurement data is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with company standards.
• Prepare daily purchasing reports with accurate and timely data on orders, deliveries, and discrepancies.
• Follow up with vendors on ETD for Returned Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and require vendor to provide root cause and corrective action.
