Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate commercial terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing outcomes.
Prepare cost analyses and procurement estimates to support budgeting, project planning, and purchasing decisions.
Manage procurement activities within approved budgets and ensure purchasing expenditures align with company objectives.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate procurement records to support operational efficiency and minimize stock shortages or excess inventory.
