Procurement Engineer

Our client is a well-established industrial company in Southeast Asia, specializing in large-scale raw material processing for global supply chains and they're seeking a Procurement Engineer. You'll manage the full procurement cycle, work closely with cross-functional project teams, engage with both local and international suppliers, and contribute directly to the successful delivery of a large-scale greenfield operation.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, RFQ, quotation evaluation, commercial negotiation, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on commercial competitiveness, technical compliance, delivery capability, and overall project requirements.
