Procurement Engineer URGENT HIRING

Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers in China for raw materials, components, and manufacturing equipment, ensuring quality, cost, and lead-time targets are met. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts directly with Chinese manufacturers and trading companies and build long-term supplier relationships. Plan and manage international freight (sea and air) from China, coordinating with forwarders to optimize cost and transit time. Handle or coordinate import documentation, HS code classification, duties, and customs clearance for shipments into the UAE. Read technical drawings, specifications, and datasheets to accurately source parts and communicate technical requirements to suppliers. Support off-road vehicle and EV manufacturing operations through timely, cost-effective sourcing of components and materials.
