Job Description
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To ensure on-time availability of fabricated equipments such as Vessels, Tanks, Piping, Raw Material such as Plates, Pipes, Flanges Structural steel, Internals of vessels & indented items for ongoing projects.
- Fair price working for the items to be ordered
- Review indents and understand the technical requirement of the item to be procured.
- Issue and administrate PO's through ERP-Oracle system as per project schedule.
- Tracking progress of orders and ensuring timely delivery of various procurement items in line with project delivery schedule.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Projects, QAC, Logistics, Commercial & Finance departments.
- Collaboration with Projects and Engineering for technical clearance etc, Ensure an uninterrupted supply of materials.
- Coordination with commercial for required documentation for effecting dispatches for out to out consignments
