Job Summary

Procurement Engineer for industrial and energy investment projects across Finland at Sweco. You will support a multidisciplinary project team by ensuring timely, cost‑effective procurement of equipment, materials, and services.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send requests for quotations.
  • Compare offers and conduct technical and commercial evaluations.
  • Support supplier negotiations and manage purchase orders.
  • Monitor deliveries, logistics, and procurement reporting.
  • Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering, technology or related field.
  • Strong understanding of project‑based procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in Finnish and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or IFS, and MS Office.
