Procurement Director

FORCIT, a leading manufacturer of explosives and defense systems, is seeking a Procurement Director for Forcit Defence to develop and lead procurement operations supporting business growth, logistics, and inventory management.

Responsibilities: Manage direct procurement, lead operational purchasing and strategic category work, and expand to indirect procurement.

Qualifications: Strong leadership skills, experience in manufacturing procurement, ERP system implementation, and the ability to lead change.

Location: Main office in Hanko, with a four-day workweek at the office.
