  • Create RFQ
  • Prepare and issue PO
  • Source suppliers and request quotations/proposals
  • Evaluate and compare pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines to support procurement decisions
  • Subcon and supplier accreditation
  • Liaise with suppliers on order status, updates, and issue resolution
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with subcon and supplier.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, and pricing.
  • Track inventory and restock goods when needed
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and project updates.
