Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Clerk based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Procurement Clerk will be responsible for preparing purchase orders, maintaining and updating procurement records, and tender documents and ensuring timely purchasing of medical supplies. The role includes coordinating communication with vendors, tracking deliveries, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Daily tasks will also involve analyzing purchasing data and maintaining proper documentation to support efficient operations.
