Job Description
The Procurement Associate (Buyer) is responsible for doing strategic activities for procurement. Coordinates with the supplier for the sourcing and purchasing of requests and gives regular updates to the requestors on the status of requests.
The ideal candidate is a graduate of a business-related course (fresh graduates are welcome to apply), preferably with at least one year of relevant work experience. The role requires proficiency in MS Office, with background or exposure to SAP, Aquila, or Honeywell systems as an advantage. The candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision, willing to travel, and possess strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and analytical skills, with a problem-solving mindset, commitment, and a results-oriented, smart working approach.
