We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Assistant to support our procurement team with purchasing, supplier coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks. This role helps ensure timely ordering of goods and services, accurate recordkeeping, and smooth supplier communication to support operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the procurement team with day-to-day purchasing activities and administrative support
  • Create and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders (POs), and related documentation
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding quotes, lead times, delivery schedules, and order confirmations
  • Request and compare supplier quotations and support bid/quote evaluations
  • Track orders and deliveries to ensure on-time fulfillment and resolve delivery discrepancies
