Overview

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for executing the overall procurement process for sourced raw materials to ensure uninterrupted supply at the best long term buy value.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Planning: Reviews requirements in consideration of materials requirements plan (MRP) and PO balances. Helps develop delivery plans for the materials considering the timing of the delivery and the assurance of supply in coordination with business planners.
• Requirements Specification: Research on assigned raw materials specification and provide recommendation on possible alternatives. Provide assistance on alternative materials for possible product accreditation.
• Supplier Accreditation and Development: Process accreditation of vendors like farmers, cooperatives, service contractors and others to support requirements of SMF.
