Efficiently support the procurement function through sourcing, purchasing, supplier coordination and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers for IT hardware, CCTV equipment and related services.
Request and analyze quotations and preparation of comparison sheets.
Prepare and issue purchase orders and follow up on confirmation.
Maintain supplier records and pricing databases.
Track shipments and coordinate deliveries to project sites.
Assist with import and delivery documentation.
Maintain organized procurement files and records.
Coordinate with projects, technical, and finance teams.
Support the identification of any potential procurement risk such as supply delays, quality issues or compliance concerns.
Continuous improvement – always follow best practices and suggest improvement where appropriate.
