  • • Raise Purchase Orders for Materials
  • • Take responsibility for Document Storage and uploading of quotations to Purchase Orders
  • • Assist Procurement Coordinator with Subcontract Registration Packs
  • • Send out inquires for pricing
  • • Assist with data cleansing duties and generation of reports
  • • Any other general administration duties as and when required
  • • Schedules and coordinates flow of work within and between departments to expedite production.
  • • Reviews master production schedule and job order specifications
  • • Prepare quotation, job order, local purchase order, delivery note, receipts
  • • Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in purchasing scope of work for assigned projects
  • • Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services with suppliers
