Procurement & Logistics Coordinator

Department: Supply Chain / Operations

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement

  • Source suppliers, request quotations, and compare pricing, quality, and lead times.
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders, track order confirmations and deliveries.
  • Negotiate terms with vendors to achieve best value, cost savings, and SLA compliance.
  • Maintain updated supplier database and perform periodic vendor evaluations.
  • Ensure all purchases follow company procurement policy and approval limits.

    • Logistics & Inventory

  • -Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, freight forwarding, and customs clearance with brokers.
