Overview

You will be part of the procurement team supporting divisions on their procurement transactions, providing expert advice and ensuring proper application of procurement policies and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting business stakeholders in the procurement-to-payment process.
  • Execute the tendering and contracting functions such as preparing and publishing tender documents, onboarding vendors to the eProcurement system, preparing contract documentation, creating Purchase Orders, and following up on outstanding invoices.
  • Track the performance of the procurement service level and present it to Management on a regular basis.
  • Identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions to achieve procurement excellence.
  • Improve or streamline existing processes or automate the process using low‑code tools such as Power Automate.
