Procurement Analyst

You will need:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, law, business administration or related discipline.
• At least 5 years relevant experience in consultant recruitment, project processing and implementation, with experience in project procurement and contract management.
• Experience with ADB or similar multilateral development bank's procurement policies, regulations, guidelines, and procedures, and anticorruption and safeguards policies.
• Experience managing priorities and workload within general schedule of work instructions and standardized practices.
• Demonstrated conceptual skills and ability to identify issues and appropriate actions.
• Experience liaising with counterparts and working collaboratively as a constructive team member.
• Written and verbal proficiency in English, including report-writing.
