Procurement Analyst

We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to work in a rewarding role within a diverse team that is pushing boundaries at Swarovski.

About The Job

• Prepare and analyze reports on hard savings, spend, cost avoidance, and cash contribution.
• Support on Procurement digital tool implementation, data analytics and data structuring.
• Execute PO/FO compliance analysis and payment terms reporting.
• Prepare ExCo-level meeting’s agenda, presentations, and reports for senior management.
• Organize and lead Procurement leadership calls (GPLT) and finance-related initiatives on cash protection and cashflow.
• Work closely with Controlling, Global Supply Chain, GBS, Retail Real Estate, and internal procurement stakeholders.

About You
