ABOUT THE POSITION: The Procurement is in charge of: Ensure procurement 0 Missing parts Control stock (no overstock) Maintain/follow good performance on suppliers. Good communication with suppliers (English Fluent) Strategic sourcing activities for interconnection suppliers. Quote and price negotiation for new product introductions. Keep the MRP system updated. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES: The main tasks of the Procurement Agent are: Getting goods and services on time. Prepare book orders and send it to the suppliers Responsible to make Purchase orders and get the traceability of the material until receive it in warehouse. Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who are aligned to the company's needs. Working with suppliers to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost- effectively.
