Procurement Agent

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing daily purchasing activities to procure commodities and materials required for production operations
• Involves applying effective negotiation strategies to secure competitive pricing and achieve cost-saving targets while maintaining quality and delivery standards
• Lead and manage comprehensive sourcing activities to meet Company’s strategic requirements
• Ensure the commodities and materials are well procured and stocks at the right quantity and time to support the operations
• Ensure procuring of commodities and materials are in strict adherence to Company’s SOP and relevant Specifications
• Develop detailed material planning and generate purchase orders through ordering system, material forecasts, demand reports, and historical usage data
