Job Description

Data & Record Management

  • Update and maintain procurement spreadsheets with new leads, supplier details, and commercial information.
  • Ensure all data is accurate, consistent, and up to date across systems.
  • Produce basic reports and summaries from spreadsheets (e.g. lead pipeline, status updates, response rates).

Void & Property Management

  • Update void lists with new properties and changes in status (e.g. new voids, allocations, works in progress, completed).
  • Liaise with internal teams to obtain up-to-date information on void status and required actions.
  • Support the tracking of key dates and milestones for void properties (inspections, repairs, handovers, etc.).

Lead Generation & Communication

  • Email potential new leads (e.g. suppliers, partners, clients, local authorities, landlords) using agreed templates and bespoke messages where required.
